Best Defense host Michael Bane introduces our new series with the question "what would you do if your home was broken into?"
Co-host and defense expert Mike Janich demonstrates the basics of what to do to make your home more secure and plan to defend yourself within your home, especially in the case of a home invasion. Rob Pincus is joined on the range by Phil Strader to review the most important fundamentals of defensive shooting.

As Michael Bane tells us in this episode, seems that most defense training deals with terms like “close quarter combat” or “defensive firearm use”. But our experts will tell you that the best defense is to always try and avoid any kind of violent confrontation.
