What is the units of measure and mixture process for the targets?
Yeah! Is it legal to make that exploding target in KY? If so, what is the exact mixture and how do you bag and box it to shoot at it? How far away do you have to place the targets from each other to prevent a chain reaction? What is the closest safe distance to shoot them? Idaho is a long ways away from KY. A very looong drive. r.coffman@insightbb.com
