You can’t buy ammo in CA, ya can’t buy a lot of guns in CA, very hard to get a CCW in CA. In general CA does NOT like the 2A or us gunners but we keep spending money in CA!
Does anyone else see this as self defeating? That foot is NEVER gonna heal if we keep shooting it!
Great to see another video on the Ruger Rimfire Challenge. I truly hope it jumps in popularity like SASS did.
Thank you to all involved. I plan on being there one day.
I do have one concern about the championship being in California. Given that many people will be coming from out of state, they are going to be very nervous about unknowingly breaking a California specific law when they bring their firearms there.
Very effective video — makes it clear that the sport is fun, approachable and accessible. I think the Ruger Rimfire Challenge is a very smart and exciting development.
I’m of two minds about California. On the one hand, I would be less likely to attend an event there because it is such an irritating and hostile state in so many ways. I would prefer a championship in Texas or Kentucky or Ruger’s own New Hampshire or MB’s own Colorado. On the other hand, CA is a large and important state and I can see the point in not conceding any territory to the enemy.
Ruger could not have put this together at a better time, ammo cost and reloading cost being at an all time high (for now), .22 is still a low cost, fun option, this sport is great for the new shooter, family and the Pro shooter alike.
Happy to say I’m part of the Ruger Rimfire Seies.
I can say it enough, the Ruger Rimfire Challenge and the Take 5 competitions involve the entire family and family that plays together, stays together… I am pleased that folks just like me love the rimfire series of competitions and continue to support the sport.
Thank your Mr. Bane for your support…
I and others I’m sure would like to see a Ruger Rimfire match in Connecticut. Much as I’d like to attend such a shoot in a nearby state, I am wary of passing through a state with restrictive laws.
