    That was very good, and thanks for Jason, 1 of my faves.

    About plateaus, it happens and it is so weird when you make a break through and you wonder why you could not do that before, now, you couldn’t go back if you tried, 5 minute mile, then a 4 minute mile, 6 second el prez, then a 5 second etc… when I started shooting competition, the old timers would constantly say ” front sight, front sight ” when I finally REALLY understood what that meant, break through, now I can’t keep from it, except my eyes don’t allow it to the degree they used to.
