Aha! The Meaning of Life

Share This:

While working in the Nations Capital and lamenting over the next podcast of The Urban Shooter I had an epiphany.  I share the meaning of life as only the “pastor of paladins, pistoleros and patriots” will.  I figured out that my struggles were not all that unique and not all bad.

Neither was the interview  I had with Top Shot’s cowboy, Denny Chapman.  We talked about his experiences on the reality show, his cowboy action shooting guns and had a great time.

I also got educated on the M1 Garand by a listener and fan of the rifle General Patton thought was the “greatest battle implement ever devised.”  We are still having fun with “Zombie Strike!” and I am now giving a recap of the previous weeks show before reading a new one.  Love it or not, it has a growing following.

I highlight a Chicago newspaper article that tell of a woman defending her life with a firearm in the changing state of Illinois.  I am looking for a correspondent to help me focus on stories of interest to our sisters in arms.

I’m still having fun and I hope you can tell if you listen to the show.  Check out episode 174, “Gun Review #2”, and let me know what you think.

It’s the pro-gun variety show from your friend and brother from a different mother, Rev. Kenn Blanchard.

Your covered a lot of ground tonight, at least here it is tonight, Denny is a stand up guy, by the way those that don’t have cable, Hulu.com is airing this and it is free.

A few comments about the Garand, it is a gentle shooting rifle, I can shoot it all day long in a tee shirt and not get a bruise. The purpose of the coat and glove is to insulate the shooter from the rifle, no heartbeat transmitted to the rifle from the shooter. I am expert class, with one foot into the door of master, high masters are the best shots in the world, You can count on a Garand or M1A to deliver, as issued out to 600 yards. My M1A is stock except for national match sights, I do believe if I can see it, I can hit it.

Now to today’s message, I loved it, life is challenge, and right now I’m with Mother Teresa, I know God will not give me more than I can handle, I just wished He did not trust me so much.

The Zombie stuff, is like my Mom or Dad reading to me at night, Nice. Maybe not for the younger listeners.

    Stay safe.

    M25 out.
