\"\"<\/a>LOS OSOS, Calif. \u2014 Secure Firearm Products, the developer and manufacturer of a high quality line of products for the shooting sports professional, and longtime supporter of the shooting sports, has joined Smith & Wesson, Hogue Inc. and Brownells as a premier sponsor of the International Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts’ (ICORE) Annual Smith & Wesson International Revolver Championship.<\/p>\n

\u201cSecure Firearm Products is honored this year to be a premier sponsor for the 20th Annual IRC. This is our sixth year sponsoring the match and the ICORE officials and IRC staff have been excellent, always making us feel welcome and part of a big family,\u201d said Tammy Surgi of\u00a0 Secure Firearm Products.<\/p>\n

The 20th Annual Smith & Wesson International Revolver Championship takes place June 2-5 and\u00a0 will be hosted by the San Luis Obispo Sportsmen\u2019s Association. The match will take place on the association’s Hogue Action Pistol Range.<\/p>\n

First held in 1992 with just 51 shooters in attendance, the Smith & Wesson International Revolver Championship celebrates two decades of top level revolver competition this year. Over 200 of the best wheelgun shooters from across America and beyond are expected to compete.<\/p>\n

They have been wonderful supporters of the match and bring a great deal of enthusiasm to the event, adding to the family-fun environment of the match,\u201d said Ron Joslin of ICORE.<\/p>\n

In addition to supporting the match as a sponsor, Secure Firearm Products will also be represented in the competition by team shooters Mark Itzstein, Doug Carden, the Surgi cousins, and junior shooters, Aaron and Louis, and company CEO David Surgi.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur junior competitors – and a few of us adults – cannot wait for June when we take the three-day road trip to Morro Bay, camp out and compete in the IRC. More than any other event, the IRC goes out of its way to make young shooters feel welcome. That’s important to our family and we’re really proud to support that kind of effort,\u201d added Surgi.<\/p>\n

The 20th Annual Smith & Wesson International Revolver Championship is filling quickly but slots are still available. Those interested in competing in the match should submit their match application<\/a> as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
