\"\"<\/a>Scores are in from the second day of shooting at the USPSA Area 6 Regional Handgun Championship with little change to the overall leaders. Only Limited-10 saw a change in the top spot with Gerard Tetreau<\/strong> now out in front. You can find complete, updated results on USPSA.org<\/a>. So let’s take a look at the top five in each division.<\/p>\n

LIMITED<\/strong>

Day two saw no changes to the top five in the Limited division with the exception of adjustment to each competitor’s overall point total. Team Glock’s Dave Sevigny<\/strong> is looking good to hold the lead. Among those still to finish the match, only the USAMU’s Travis Tomasie<\/strong> has a chance to beat Sevigny. Tomasie has stages 4 thru 8 to shoot this morning and goes into today’s competition trailing Sevigny by just 7.0284 points when you compare Tomasie’s completed stages to the same stages for Sevigny. However, to overtake Sevigny means posting top scores on the remaning stages as Sevigny won stages 5, 6 and 8, finished third on 7 and sixth on 4. In other words, Tomasie almost needs to run the table today.<\/p>\n

The Limied-10 division saw the biggest change to the top five as Gerard Tetreau<\/strong> has emerged as the new leader. With the addition of John Koppi<\/strong> and Robbin Hudon<\/strong> in second and thrid respectively, only Jim Martin<\/strong> and Scott Hattrup<\/strong> hold over from yesterday’s leader board. Though there are shooters still left to finish the match, Tetreau is likely to remain in the lead considering he finished in the top 10 on all the stages and the top five on all by one.<\/p>\n

The Open competition is looking like another Max Michel <\/strong>win. Chris Tilley<\/strong> of Team SVI is still shooting but in order to overtake Team Sig’s Michel he’d have to outgun him on stages 4-8 where Michel finished 2, 3, 1, 1 and 3. Moving into the top five after Day 2 were Team Limcat’s Ron Francisco<\/strong> and Tim Meanor<\/strong>. Still out on the range today, along with Tilley, are David Pruitt <\/strong>and Eddie Garcia<\/strong> who could make a run at the top five.<\/p>\n

Three new faces have entered the Production division top five after Day 2. Michael Hollar<\/strong> remains in the lead and is poised to take the win. Also holding over from Day 1 is Team Smith & Wesson’s Gordon Carrell <\/strong>who dropped from second to fourth. New to the leader board are KC Eusebio<\/strong> of Team H&K who now holds secodn place, Todd Sindelar<\/strong> in third and Danny Clifton<\/strong> in fifth.<\/p>\n

William Munier<\/strong> looks to be in good shape but for Ted Puente<\/strong>. Originally Puente was listed in the Limited division, but was changed to Single Stack. Yesterday he won three stages, finsihed thrid on another and placed 12th on stage 8 – the only stage he hasn’t beaten Munier on. Puente’s the one to watch today in Single Stack. Changes from yesterday’s leader board include the addition of Randy Arrowood<\/strong> taking second and Scott Warren<\/strong> in third.
