\"\"<\/a>SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. \u2014 New Hampshire based firearms maker Sig Sauer, a prominent name in law enforcement and military small arms, as well as recreational and sporting guns, has signed on as a platinum sponsor of the 2010 Steel Challenge World Speed Shooting Championships<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Representing the company at this year\u2019s match will be the defending champion, and three-time winner of the Steel Challenge, Max Michel, captain of the Sig Sauer shooting team. Michel has won all the major matches he\u2019s entered in 2010 and is considered one of the favorites at this year\u2019s Steel Challenge.<\/p>\n

Organized by the Steel Challenge Shooting Association (SCSA<\/a>), the 2010 Steel Challenge World Speed Shooting Championships will take place August 19 through 22 in Piru, Calif.<\/p>\n
