Apex raised the funds through the sale of the <a href=\"https:\/\/store.apextactical.com\/WebDirect\/Products\/Category?categoryId=68\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Thin Blue Line Series<\/a> of triggers from which the company dedicates 25% of each sale to the national law enforcement support organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cApex has a loyal and dedicated customer base who understand and appreciate the tremendous sacrifices the men and women of law enforcement make. Thanks to their enthusiastic support of our Thin Blue Line Series, we are able to continue assisting the wonderful work Concerns of Police Survivors performs on behalf of our nation\u2019s law enforcement families,\u201d said Randy Lee, the founder and CEO of Apex who presented to check during the NRA Show.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are so grateful for the support of Apex Tactical Specialties.\u00a0It is only through this support that we are able to provide services for the growing number of law enforcement survivors across the country. Apex is a company with a huge heart,\u201d said Dianne Bernhard, executive director of C.O.P.S.<\/p>\n<p>C.O.P.S., a nationally recognized and highly respected law enforcement support organization, offers programs for survivors, including the National Police Survivors&#8217; Conference, which is held each May during National Police Week. C.O.P.S. also offers scholarships and peer-support at the national, state, and local levels; the &#8220;C.O.P.S. Kids&#8221; counseling reimbursement program; and the &#8220;C.O.P.S. Kids&#8221; Summer Camp. &#8220;C.O.P.S. Teens\u201d offers an Outward Bound experience for young adults. C.O.P.S. also sponsors special retreats for spouses, parents, siblings, adult children, extended family, fianc\u00e9s\/significant others and co-workers.
