WHO:<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nInternational Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts<\/a> (ICORE\u00ad) \u2013 an organization dedicated to promoting international revolver competition.\u00ad

WHAT:<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\nICORE\u2019s New England Regional Revolver Championship sponsored by Smith & Wesson will host top wheelgun shooters from around the region. Upwards of 50 shooters, including several Masters, the highest skill level in the sport, are expected to attend. This is the fourth of six regional revolver competitions sponsored by firearms maker Smith & Wesson.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Shooters will negotiate nine stages putting more than 12,000 rounds down range as they compete for the regional title in ICORE\u2019s Open, Limited and Retro divisions. Additionally honors will be awarded in the categories of High Lady, Senior, Super Senior and Junior.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2010 New England Regional Revolver Championship is expected to draw shooters from throughout Connecticut as well as Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia and Canada. Craig Buckland of Team Smith & Wesson will also be competing and pulling double duty as the match director.
