\"IDPA<\/a>BERRYVILLE, Ark. \u2013 The latest issue of the Tactical Journal<\/i>, the quarterly membership publication of the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA<\/a>) is now available online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Focusing on the importance of increasing female participation in IDPA, Tactical Journal<\/i> contributor Jaci Janes takes a critical look at where IDPA currently stands and where we need to go from here.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnyone who\u2019s involved in IDPA knows that we have a unique and special thing going, with an incredible amount of wonderful people participating. The problem is that a relatively small number of people ever get the chance to experience it, and an even fewer amount of women will see that our sport has a great deal to offer,\u201d writes Janes in her cover story, \u2018Drawing Women to the IDPA.\u2019<\/p>\n

In major match coverage, Tactical Journal<\/i> Editor Robert Ray reports on one of IDPA\u2019s premier matches, the Smith & Wesson Indoor Nationals, noting, \u201cI have often said that IDPA people are good people no matter where you go and the people at S&W are the best example of that statement.
