He joins Bushnell with a strong background in marketing and seven years experience with MidwayUSA, where he most recently served as vice president of marketing. Prior to his tenure at MidwayUSA, Oelger held multiple marketing and operations roles during his eight years at Sprint.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Oelger holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kan., and a master\u2019s of business administration from the John M.
