HOW TO UPLOAD VIDEOS TO DRTV

DRTV in partnership with Brightcove makes it easy to share your own videos.

To be able to upload videos, you need an account with Brightcove. It is free and you can sign up through this page. See the sign up or log in section to the right.

After you have registered and logged in, you can upload the videos in the following formats:
3GP, .AVI, .DV, h.264, MPEG2, MPEG4, Quicktime, WMV. Maximum file size is 100 MB.

After you have selected your video from your local folder, you then write the title and video description. Tags (key words) are optional. If your video is from a certain shooting genre, please use keywords like IPSCS. IDPA. SASS. NCOWS. etc.. (If we are not able to categorize your video, it will be placed in the Misc folder).

Then click upload and the server takes care of the rest.

The video(s) will then be checked and approved. This can take up to 3 days, but in most cases, they are approved within 24 hours.

My video files are too big (+100mb). Are there any other options?

You can send us the video file on a DVD or CD and we will do the upload for you. Send it to:
