NOTE: You must be a US resident and over 18 years of age to participate in this Sweepstakes.

1) Dates: This Sweepstakes is valid from October 6, 2009 ("Game-Start") through midnight EST December 23, 2009. ("Game-End").

2) Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of households of DownRange.tv, CAScity.com and Outdoor Channel, their affiliates, advertising, design, print production and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

3) Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in a forfeiture of the prize. By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, in all respects. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

4) How to Play: In order to qualify, entrants must complete the online entry form at www.downrange.tv or www.cascity.com. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be deleted. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, stolen, misdirected, returned, non-deliverable, illegible entries, unavailable network connections or transmissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Persons who are a member of the Down Range Forum and/or CAS city forum and enter their Forum User ID, will be counted twice. All entries are the property of DownRange.tv or CAScity.com and no entries will be acknowledged or returned.

5) Winner Selection: Thirteen (13) Grand Prize winners will be chosen in random drawings starting on October 14 and ends no later than midnight December 24, 2009 from all eligible entries received by drawing date. If the winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No prize transfers, assignments, cash equivalents or substitutions will be allowed.

6) Notification and Awarding of Prize: The winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except where prohibited by law) within thirty (30) days of notification in order to claim the prize. The winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be complete and include the winner's social security number and proof of age. The winner's social security number will be used solely to verify eligibility and for tax reporting purposes. The information in the winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct or the winner is disqualified. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release as required, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

7) By participation in this Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, the winner grants DownRange.tv, CAScity.com and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, voice, and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in any media including but not limited to the world wide web without additional compensation or further notification, permission or consideration. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind.

8) By participation in this Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, all participants, including the Winners, agree to allow DownRange.tv, CAScity.com, its affiliated companies and any and all companies so designated the permission to email, mail by USPS or fax to the participants of this Sweepstakes, including the Winners, additional publicity material, marketing offers or solicitations for additional giveaways. DownRange.tv and CAScity.com agree to NOT sell this list to anyone.

9) Quantities, Prizes, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and Odds: Each knive's estimated value (MSRP) is $395.00.
Odds of winning the prize are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. All expenses not specifically stated and all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and an IRS form #1099 will be issued to the winner for the full value of the selected prize.

11) Disqualification: DownRange.tv ad CAScity.com reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of use of the web site by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated entry programs), or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Sponsor or any other person.

12) Liability: By entering this sweepstakes or accepting the prize, all participants release, indemnify and hold harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, DownRange.tv, CAScity.com, their successors and their respective, advertising, design, and print production agencies and all their respective members, shareholders, directors, officers and employees, one and all, from all actions and liability (including attorney's fees and costs) due to injury, loss or damage to any person or property, including death, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, acceptance or possession of the prize, or participation in this sweepstakes. Prize winner waives the right 1) to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) to any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. Sponsor (i) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize; and (ii) disclaims any implied warranty. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

13) Sponsor, prize suppliers, and all production agencies shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules.

14) Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be subject to the laws of the State of Kansas and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Elk County, Kansas. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

16) This Promotion is sponsored solely by DownRange.tv and CAScity.com ("Sponsors"). Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to discontinue this sweepstakes or modify these Official Rules without prior notification. Any such changes will be available at www.downrange.com and www.cascity.com.

17) Winner shall not be eligible to win more than one DownRange.tv / CAScity.com Sweepstakes in any calendar year. Entry in this Sweepstakes grants DownRange.tv and CAScity.com the right to use entrants' information for all legal purposes including giving to marketing partners and DRTV electronic newsletter subscription. DownRange.tv and CAScity.com will not sell your information to anyone.
