If they reduce the price another $200,000 AND throw in the additional 3 acre parcel, they might be able to make a sale.

I like it , I would have laid it out and landscaped it differently, but I like the concept. Good insulation to keep heating and cooling costs down, and good security against natural threats, such as wild fires, as well as man made threats.

It's not so secret now.
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

I don't think it would withstand the "nuclear WW III". But, it's still pretty nice ;)

Probably assumes that it will not receive a direct hit.
Did anyone else read the WHOLE thing ?
He goes on and on about Bio weapons. One thing I did not see among the features of the house was a filtered air system.

I like the chimney that looks like a stump. It's like something from Hogan's Heros.
