I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

VERY WELL trained. I wonder how many hours it took and takes to train and update training of this level.

Law enforcement and military have preferred German shepherds over the years.
Drug dealers have preferred Pit bulls
Malls and store owners have used a lot of Dobermans for security

I'm not sure the particular breed matters as much as the intelligence and loyalty of the individual animal. I'll take Zeus and Apollo, the 2 Dobermans from Magnum P.I.
