So now McConnell has been implicated in taking Putin/Ukraine money along with Paul Ryan.  What happens when the news breaks...he immediately attacks President Trump.  Can you say "Puppet on a string?"

The left now has even more leverage to move McConnell where they want his less than useless personage.  I'm not going to count on this sellout supporting the 2nd Amendment.

"Because he is a lawyer" sorta covers all the rest of the options.  ;)

I heard wind that the National Republican Party is down to an absurdly low $16 million on hand.  They have a dozen or so bundlers they normally expect to bring in about $4 million each.

One of them said NO today directly because of Mitch McConnell and is encouraging the other bundlers to stop financing the Republican Party until the Obamacare and tax thing are taken care of.

Good.

Ditch Mitch

Tomorrow evening will be my night to catch up on news and dig a little deeper.  That said, it is time that we quit rewarding and worshiping the 24 hr news cycle that is fueled by our emotional response to every rumor that comes out.  The main thing I can say is "innocent until proven guilty."  However, in our current state there is no need to prove anything, because we lynch upon first word, and the media is judge, jury and executioner.

As for what is happening to the GOP as an organization, for over a decade we have heard these professional career politicians whine about what is happening, and they have talked about all they want to do and undo.  For seven and a half months they have had all they need to do all they promised.  What we are seeing is that they didn't mean what they said, and they really like the way it was going.  Did you see the video of McCain the night of the vote on the ACA?  Did you read some of what took place that day?  Those we call RINO's, and many we had not identified, are nothing more than part of the DFL, and view us in contempt.
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Yes but that funding thing I typed up there has a basis in fact.  If more of the primary Republican bundlers (fundraisers) fall in line with the one who told them no more money...well, we will see something done.

The people behind more of the bundlers are demanding congress work on tax relief and obummercare or no more money.

That is the only thing the politicians will understand...cutting off their $$$$ supply along with challengers in the primary.  Some of that coming as well.

We need to get the government's boot off of the neck of the people's economy.

Congress is back in session in a few days.  I sincerely hope the Republicans are concerned about the deficit in contributions going to their opponents.

Check with your state, but you can earmark contributions to the local county party here.  There is no limit on your contribution to or the direction of your contributions.  In case someone with millions out there wants to spend money to liberate the land from RINO's.
