This morning I warned all of my employees that we have a zero tolerance for drug abuse.   



so give that today is 420 and lots of people get high today/tonight.


7 am, every one is getting a cup to pee in.  its unannounced and they will not know until they "punch in" for the shop meeting that was announced about 6 weeks back as it has to do with a big project that is starting next week.( they reason for highering half of them)


now I have 17 employees currently    most are just short term laborers, but 4 of them are here for the long haul.     any bets on the number that will fail tomorrows drug test?


I am betting on 2.

I reckon it will be double that but honestly hope we're both wrong.

all the new hires passed a hair test in the last 2 weeks, so I would hope they know better.  the employee manuel states it 7 times that we have zero tolerance, that I test several times a year, all injurys and accidents( ie you screwed up something that was $$$/car wrecks reguardless of fault)


so I hope not.

So how did they, and you, do? Hopw ZERO tested positive but in today's world I doubt it.

To skew this just a little bit in states where pot is "legal" and also have CCW permits I think the laws should be modifies to ensure we don't have CCW carriers out there high. Most states I am aware of do already have something in the laws about boose and concealed carry and some of those laws may apply but with the growing popularity of pot and the younger generation I don't like the idea of a pot smoker carrying a firearm. Just my .02
