TAB, it really sounds like having worked for you long term would be nice to have on a resume...
12:02 I walked, he no showed.
Funny thing all of my employees that last the 1st week, stay with me until they start their own contracting business. Not counting the temps. I am actually pretty easy to get alomg with. Show up on time, stay safe, sober and work hard, we have no issues. I even bend over backwards for employees that havr family issuse. I have 1 now that has a flex schedule as long as he is honest about his hours. He has an autistic 17 hyear old that is very difficult. In the past I have had guys with wives with cancer. All I aksed was a phone call, if he needed to be with her. Talled with him last month, he is building custom homes in granite bay($ area just north of sac) I signed the paper work on his lic, did a rent too own deal on the tools he needed to start up.
