Specific references/personal experience bring a suppressor home from Africa?

Any class 3 licensed customs broker or other agency who can receive it and legally do paperwork and tax for transfer to the actual owner?

Never mind - for future reference 26 U.S. Code Section 5844 applies to suppressors. Same rule as machine guns - may be imported for official use or as a dealer sample and that's it. May not be transferred outside the official use or dealer sample exceptions to the general rule of no way.
