Glock Gen 3/Gen 4 Magazines..

I need a few Glock (21) mags.
I see "listings" for magazines marked as "Gen 4" on both the 9mm and .45.
Will a Gen 4 mag work in a Gen 3 handgun, please??

Yes, gen 4's will definitely work in a gen 3. I think gen 3's will work in a gen 4 unless you convert the mag release to left handed, but I may be wrong about that.

Sounds about right.

Gen4 Magazines will work in both generations.  A Gen3 magazine will only work in a Gen4 gun if the magazine release is on the left side.
