Thanks. You guys have reminded me to change a light bulb that I noticed was burned out today. I got it in time to put the old one in this weeks trash. I have to keep using incandescents or else replace two dimmer switches I installed. I always use them on full power anyway so I should change them. I got a bunch of CFLs free when they did a home energy audit and hardly used any of them. I keep buying bulbs for the two rooms with dimmer switches and I'm waiting for the other old bulbs to burn out. The 13 watt CFLs are supposed to be as bright as a 60 watt incandescent, so less than a quarter of the power. I should save energy where I can.

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

Just goes to show, I'm not the first to notice it.
