Best way to limit gun trafficking would be to start by jailing Holder.

Under this bill he'd get 20.  Sounds about right.

Other than sentencing, isn't this already the law?

Yes, but you know politicians, especially dems.
The purpose is not to solve a problem, the purpose is to APPEAR TO"do something" .

Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit any person, in of affecting interstate commerce: (1) from purchasing, attempting to purchase, or transferring a firearm, with intent to deliver the firearm to another person who the transferor knows or has reasonable cause to believe is prohibited from possessing a firearm; (2) in purchasing, attempting to purchase, or transferring a firearm, from intentionally providing false or misleading material information on a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) firearms transaction record form; or (3) knowingly directing, promoting, facilitating, or conspiring to commit such a violation. Authorizes an enhanced penalty for someone who organizes or supervises such conduct........

Don't need the bill for that, straw purchases in the guise of "gun buy backs" (like they used to own them  ::)), here in Oregon gun sales with over 20 guns are considered a gun show and background check must be made by law-even at "gun buy backs".  A DA with any motivation and half a brain would be able to put together a case against any of these idiots.
