Latest Major Action: 1/22/2013 Referred to Senate committee. Status: Read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.

The text of this bill is not available yet and the title doesn't provide much information.  I'm posting it with the feeling that it may be gun related.  If turns out not to be gun related then we can just ignore it.
