Comment of the Day Award to Caleb over at Gun Nuts

In response to his questioning the purity of shooting a competition with a compact carry gun (SR9c) that has a 17 rd mag

My comment:

Seriously? These are the things that keep you up at night?  ::)

His reply:
Quote
No, the stuff that keeps me up at night are dreams of zombie velociraptors. ThatÂ’s some scary stuff. I mean a velociraptor is scary, and a zombie is scary, but a freakish, shambling raptor with a lust for human brains that feels no pain? That will keep anyone up at night.

Three words, Caleb: BRING ENOUGH GUN!  ;D ;D ;D

Exit Question: What gun for velociraptors ???

Street sweeper!
Anti: I think some of you gentleman would choose to apply a gun shaped remedy to any problem or potential problem that presented itself? Your reverance (sic) for firearms is maintained with an almost religious zeal. The mind boggles! it really does...

Me: Naw, we just apply a gun-shaped remedy to those extreme life threatening situations that call for it. All the less urgent problems we're willing to discuss.

I like truck mounted, but I am thinking maybe a minigun - And C-130 gunship mounted would make me more comfortable ;D

Wow!   :o  That thing should come with a coupon for a free shoulder replacement.  I'm sure 4 out of 5 orthopedic surgeons recommend firing at least a box of shells per week through a beast like that... keeps 'em in business.   ;D

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.
