Title: This guy's my newest hero
Post by: BigSaucy on October 13, 2008, 10:22:09 AM
Here's a link, in the likely event that I screwed it up the embedding: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxhYampIl7A (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxhYampIl7A)

My favorite quote from this video..."The price John McCain paid for his country, you couldn't even pay the taxes on."

Around the two minute mark and then a few minutes later he talked about welfare, wealth and handouts.  It reminded me of a campaign slogan from four years ago, I think, "Live like a Rebublican ... Vote Democrate!"  The Robin Hood syndrome.  Only they have no idea who the rich are.  Everytime Clinton went after the rich I found out I am one, and I ain't close to six figures yet ... except daily calorie intake  :-[

CNN asks James T. Harris (black McCain supporter) why he does not support "the African-American man who can finally be president. Do you understand it? Whats wrong with you?":

Video here:

This is the guy who stood up at a campaign stop and begged McCain to go after Obama harder.... He has gotten a lot of flack over it from the Black Community, including a great deal of racist statements from prominent blacks

Here are his comments from the campaign stop:

I don't care for Howard Stern, but I thought this was a very interesting audio clip.
It pretty much sums up why most Blacks are voting for Obama....ta da...he's Black, and it has nothing to do with the 'issues'.
If it wasn't so sad, it would be funny.

Cool guy. We all need to get off the plantation.

To the extent government helps us, it enslaves us.

Yeah - I heard that one too - it amazes me. My wife works across town & in travelling to take & pick her up from work we pass through some pretty 'low' areas (as bad as it gets here in Central Florida anyway) & I am appalled at the race card being played by both BHo & his 'people' in the projects. Ideology makes no difference, only the color. Sad commentary on our Country today.

You betcha I carry - especially going to & from there! Proud to do so too! And I will continue to do so as long as I feel a need to, no matter what. Just wish I could have a tank sometimes.

But at the same time, among the educated & those working for a living I hear both pro & con for Bho - from people of all colors, races & creeds. I don't care for some of their opinions, but it is America & they ae entitled to their opinions no matter how wrong they are!
