Great episode. I try to catch this show when I can, I always learning something new. During this segment about the punch and cut technique, the hosts mentioned previous episodes about basic knife self-defense techniques. Something about the quadricep muscle and a “comma” cut to the leg. Does anyone know where I can find the older seasons of Best Defense?

Nat, You don’t have to yell. Janich is a world class knife/martial arts instructor. You go ahead and try to grab the hand/arm of a person with an edged weapon. Let us know how that works for you.

Can someone define violence of action? They use it a lot but this is the first time I’ve heard of the term.
