DRTV Weekly: The Ruger Rimfire Series

Last weekend, over 120 shooters loaded up at Founder’s Ranch in Edgewood, New Mexico to shoot the 2011 Ruger Rimfire Series World Championship. The competitors shot 6 rifle and 6 pistol stages. This is a very family friendly event that has the potential of becoming the number 1 platform to get new people involved in the shooting sports. In early 2012, the TV show Shooting Gallery will air a full hour from the championship on Outdoor Channel.

   Thanks for using the picture of my daughter, Chinami, for the lead in to this video podcast. She was surprised and thrilled to see her picture on your site.

   She had a great time at the match and is well on her way to being a competitive shooter.
