WEST
COLUMBIA, S.C. — For the fifth year in a row, Team EOTAC’s Robert Vogel has claimed
a championship title at the U.S. Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) Indiana
Sectionals taking top honors this year in the Limited-10 division.
Since
2005, when he won the Limited title, Vogel has dominated the match. For the
last three years it was in the Production division where Vogel has risen to
become not just one of the top shooters in the country but the national champion
in 2008.
At
this year’s Indiana Sectionals, Vogel, who is a law enforcement officer in
Wapakoneta, Ohio, left no doubt about his ongoing claim to an Indiana
championship title as he won all 10 stages beating his next nearest competitor
by more than 400 points.
“Bob
continues to demonstrate why he is a national champion and one of the most
formidable competitive shooters in America. We’re proud to have him on our
shooting team,” said Fernando Coelho, president of EOTAC.
